Lance D. Churchill, JD, BS
Mr. Churchill is an attorney and has practiced law for over 20 years. His law firm practiced primarily in the areas of real estate law, creditor and debtor bankruptcy law, business law and asset protection.

During his legal career, his law firm served as a trustee in over 1,000 foreclosure actions, prosecuted over 4,000 evictions, represented creditors and debtors in over 1,000 bankruptcy proceedings, and was involved in hundreds of real estate and business transactions.

In 2000, Lance partnered with long-time client and friend, Speare Valasakos, with the goal to educate real estate professionals in all areas of the real estate profession. They teach brokers and agents how to improve their business and themselves. Topics they teach include marketing and listing distressed properties, including using BPOs, short sales and REOs to enhance these professionals' businesses. They also teach asset protection, real estate investing, business structuring and other related topics. Lance has authored publications about real estate law, distressed real estate, creative real estate techniques, landlord-tenant practices, and property management. He has also taught educational courses in those fields to other attorneys, real estate investors and business owners. The seminar and education company has grown so quickly that today he is now able to educate and mentor others on a full-time basis while pursuing personal investment opportunities.
